My name is Rosemary and this is my blog. I’ve been doing machine embroidery since 2007 and blogging since April 12, 2008 (to be exact). With little sewing experience (a $99 Brother sewing machine from Ebay), I bought an embroidery machine and taught myself how to use it. I started with a Brother PE700, then added a Brother PE750D, then much later traded the PE700 in for a used PR600, and not too long after that traded the PR600 and PE750D back in for a brand new PR650 which is my only machine now. I love my machine, have way too much fabric and who doesn’t love applique? I love picking out fabrics and putting colors together and most of all, designing. I also love helping people learn this crazy fun hobby and blogging about it. Wow that’s a lot of lovin!
Applique Cafe was born in August of 2009 and that’s where my husband (Jeff) & I sell our very own applique designs. We now have over 1,000 designs. In addition to our life of embroidery and applique, we have 3 growing-too-fast children who keep us on our toes! You can contact me at rosemarygulledge@appliquecafe.com!
