I am working on a follow-up to the Brother PR-650 post I did the other day. I did 2 appliques today and took 50+ pictures along the way. Hopefully I can get that post up tomorrow, but in the meantime here is a guest post from Rock Bottom Tees! You can see my guest post on RBT HERE! Look for that PR650 applique post tomorrow ~ I hope to address many of the questions and comments from the last post.

Hi Rosemary!
Thank you for publishing our guest post. That means so much to us. We hope that your readers enjoy it. 🙂
Also, we can’t wait to see the 50 applique pictures that you took, thanks again and have a terrific day!
I am looking for the wooden thread spool holders. Do you know where I can get them? I want the long one for the Embroidery thread.
Most places like Joann or Hancock Fabrics sell them for embroidery threads. I do have one that holds the 5000M spools and I got it at Sewingmachine.com!
Dear Rosemary
Have you ever heard of or used the Mightyhoop???
I have not?? I’ll google it!
I was just wondering.. because I have two of the Mighty Hoops for my Amaya XTS embroidery machine and love them…(they are a magnetic hoop and are sooooooooooooo much easier to use vs the gray hoops). I know you hoop most of everything and I personally do not like hooping….I am in the process of seriously considering purchasing a new Brother 650e and checked to make sure that I could likewise purchase a Mighty Hoop and it is indeed offered…but I was just curious if you had ever used one….
I did find something called Mighty Hoop on the sewingmachine.com website – that’s where I got my machine and get my stuff from. That might be the same thing??
Can you email me a recommendation on a cheaper but nice embroidery to do applique? I want tto do cute applique shirts for a starter business! Tburchar@yahoo.com
Brother PE770 is a good starter machine!
